At my eye appointment yesterday I was told my vision had changed slightly, and when he handed me my prescription I realized it has seemingly gotten better according to my new prescription. However, when I’m wearing my contacts it is ever so slightly blurry. I looked it up and it would seem like if the prescription is too strong it can make your vision blurry, so I might be experiencing this because my vision has gotten better, not worse. Why is this? I understand if it’s too weak it’s blurry, but I don’t get why the same thing happens when it’s too strong. Can someone ELI5?
