(PRESS RELEASE) EUGENE, OR — Valley Contax, Inc, in partnership with Contamac US, announces its next travel grant award opportunity to Academy 2023 New Orleans. One student in the graduating Classes of either 2024 or 2025 will be selected. The submission process will begin with each candidate submitting 100 words about the teacher who impacted them most and why.
“By attending Academy, students see the importance of community and advocacy, says Dr. Adeline Bauer. Providing students the opportunity to attend national meetings furthers their optometric education in a way the classroom can’t.”
Submissions open on June 12 and close on August 4. The Valley Contax social media team will announce a winner for this award on August 14. The submission form is conveniently available here.
