Stye won’t go away! Help!

I (22M) have had a stye since January and it will not go away! I went to a doctor about a month after it showed up and was prescribed doxycycline and told to do warm compresses (which I had been doing) and there were no changes. I was then referred to an ophthalmologist and went to see her in April. She prescribed me antibiotic eye drops and ointment (which didn’t really works and strained my eyes) after giving me a kenalog steroid injection. The stye went down for about a month but came back so then I scheduled an appointment to have an excision in June. The day before the appointment, the stye came to a head on my lash line. Because of this, my doctor said she couldn’t perform the excision because it would leave cosmetic scarring on my eyelid. She gave me another kenalog injection and gave me more eye drops and ointment. The pressure from the injection caused the head to pop. She referred me to a plastic surgeon that specialized in eyelid reconstruction and I made an appointment hoping I wouldn’t need to go. The stye went down again for about a month but 2 weeks ago the stye came back and it’s at a head again. I’ve been doing warm compresses and other home remedies and nothing is working and now my eye is bloodshot (not sure if this is from the comepresses or not). I’m about a month out from my consultation with the plastic surgeon but my stye keeps getting bigger and the head won’t pop. It’s not painful but it’s pretty inflamed and i’m very self-conscious about it. Does anyone have any alternative suggestions??
