hi! i wear contacts i have been since like sophomore year of high school and i’m a senior in college now. i don’t see an optometrist often bc no insurance and move around a lot. i’m stable now so i will be making an appt soon. anyway, i slept in my contacts for a little bit and my left eye was getting really irritated so i took them out. it hurt to take out and now my eye is super red and swollen. it’s been like this for 24 hours. does anyone know what it is and what i can do to alleviate it? it is also causing me headaches and it keep leaking
