Never had glasses before

I used glasses for a month but before i used them i was always a -0.5 myopic. The issue is, a month after using my glasses, now without glasses i see stuff tilted a bit askew. I never had this problem when i didnt use glasses, what could the problem be… i use now a different pair of glasses than initial ones, i got the ones with astigmatism too but idk if i can say that the problem is solved. Im tryin to use those glasses with astigmatizem for a month too to see if the problem re does itself or if my brain “rewires”, but what could be the issue, i had no previous issues with my eyes besides visual snow and floaters.
