I can do it if I look far away for a while. It stings as if soap got into my eyes. My eyes feel really relaxed afterwards. They also start to water a bit.
Is this harmful? Why does it happen? I have asked multiple optometrists but they didn't know why.
It's not because of not blinking/dry eyes, that's a completely different feeling. This feels similar to eye muscle strains.
