I got checked and have the following prescription: Right: -1.25 CYL 170° (Was -2.00 D a year back) Left: -1.00 CYL 180° I am 21 years old, never wore glasses. I sit in a chair all day (mostly) studying or using my phone. I also have headache all day from the past year or so, don’t know what’s causing it though. I fear of getting my prescription worsened if I chose to wear glasses. My optician suggested me to wear my glasses whenever I study. What should I be doing? Any help would be appreciated.
