Hi there, i just wanna ask for some tips on how I should try to reverse or at least stop my myopia. Some background info:
I am a 13 year old Male and I've had myopia since age 6 with both of my eyes having negative 2, fast forward to today i have -5 on my left eye and -7 on my right eye. I used to spend almost 12 hours a day on my screen when i was younger but have managed to cut it down to just more or less 6 hours. I rarely go outside when i was 6 – 10 but have lately started going to more outdoor activities such as to zoos, amusement parks, etc. What are some things i can do to start slowing, stopping, or even reversing my myopia? And if possible could anyone try to pinpoint exactly why my myopia started in the first place? If you have any questions regarding other thing that may play a factor in my myopia feel free to ask!
