Hi everybody, so I wore contacts for a few days due to my wedding. The optician at the store gave me lenses which had more power than my eyeglasses (it should have been lesser than that). I always felt discomfort wearing it but as it was only for a few days I kept wearing it. It has been 2 months now but my eyes are still irritated, blink violently and most importantly I see more blur without glasses and with glasses too I see a bit blur. Went to the opthalmologist, my prescription has increased a bit, he said to use lubricant drops and another drops for infection for 10 days and report back. After using, I still see blur. What can be the reason for this? My eye prescription has been constant for the last 3 years, did wearing the lenses of high power permanently increased it? Is there a way to reverse it?
