I took a test from a specialist around 1 year ago, and they told me i'm starting to develop myopia, although i feel like i have already lost a lot of sight. My eye test went well, but it was a fluke. I never noticed having problems reading from afar, so idk if actually i always had it or not, but i think i would remember if i had always been like this. My parents read road signs much better than me, and i now have to sit in the first row at my university, otherwise i start struggling.
I pass quite a lot of time in front of a screen, mostly because of school, but i feel like i lost a lot of sight in the last 5 years, and i started using my pc for school 2 years ago.
Any advice?
