Fwiw, my prescription is quite high. -8 in both eyes. I don't know if it's because I have weak eye muscles or what, but say, if I'm looking at my phone very closely, one of my eyes would remain in the center, and the other one would completely move to the side.
I have to constantly “keep my eyes under control” to not do that, usually it always happens and I get cross eyes.
Why does this happen?
