Astronauts are observed to have eyeball flattening (hyperopic effects) due to the low gravity environment. Since most myopia cases are caused by the elongation of the eyeball, could going to space revert the eyes to a non myopic state?
I've googled this and it doesn't seem like anyone tried this out before. Am I missing something here?
