My 4yo recently went to the optometrist for the first time and I found out she has -2.75 in left eye and -0.25 in the right eye. We are currently using atropine drops nightly. I’m worried her eyes will get significantly worse since the prescription is so high already. I’m going to try to limit screen time, go outdoors more, potentially give her ortho-K lens when she’s older, and eat vitamin A rich foods. Is there anything else I can do to slow the progression? Have any of you had any success with slowing down or reducing prescription? Thanks!
